Brian,

We have spent thousands of dollars for mach licenses. I do not see why it is so hard to get a phone call from you. Most of the time I work out or get help from the online communities if I have a problem. I understand why it needs to work this way and always get what I need. I am at a customers site for a $200,000 router and need help. I have spoken to Poppabear (Scott) and done what he suggested. Can someone who knows how this software works please call me. 972-897-2415

I want to thank Scott (Poppabear) and Brian for all the help they gave me on finding and correcting my problem. Not a software problem but they helped me anyway. Two very smart guys!!

I have just changed computers and installed my old hard drive and hardware and now my software does not communicate with my machine.  I do not mind spending money to get it fixed can some one email me as to what time we can get together to see what my problem is.  thanks I am in central time zone in the USA.  sunday is OK as I need to have this up and running for Monday Morning.
