I have been trying to download the shuttle pro plug-in  i click download icon shows up and when you try to install you get error not found ! What the hay anyone have a idea what could be causing this little deal?

Just tried and works fine for me, sounds kind of like your association with Mach and m3p files is broken. Easy way is to place the file into your plugins folder and just change the m3p file extension to dll
