Shouldn't the Z MAX be higher? otherwise, you'll trigger the softlimits on a rapid move.

But the Z min does need to be less than zero, as that's where the cutting takes place.

Ger, Soflimits are in machine coords so Z Max should  be set as zero and Z Min the amount of travel that axis has, which will be a negative value.
