Capacitors can be polarised but think that its electrolytic that are. The type you want are suppresion capacitors and are usually ceramic I think.

Not sure what ribbons you are talking about, I was meaning the multi coloured ribbon cables that go between your Bob and drives.

I will get the ceramic capacitor; hope the store will be able to tell me more about them.

The ribbons I cut are the excess ground wire from the motor cables which I had coiled up (see attached pic)

Good news Hood

I installed the capacitor between the limit switch wires (see pics) and works fine now. I even set the Debounce Interval to zero and all is fine now. Tomorrow I will give it a good work out to make sure that all is fine.

I also tried the Limit Switch Override parameter and that is really cool, thanks for the tip.

What a capacitor does?

Is it possible to install one of them on my motor cables? If yes where do I connect it since I have 5 wires per cable?

Much appreciate your help and time

Thats great :)
As to your questions, I am not really qualified to give you explanations of how capacitors work but a quick google search for how does a capacitor work or what is a capacitor  should give you as much info as you wish to have.
Dont think they would be a good idea on the Step/Dir wires but others can hopefully advise better.
