is there a manual for mach

when I bought my licesence to mach all I got was a cd with the license  in my name ,does any one know if there is a manuall or something that tells what you can do with this software
I would like to learn how to write macros.

There are several for download and also a load of videos to watch. Look under the support tab at the top of the forum.
