What have you got set in mach's motor tuning, your counts per should be 2048 for each rev of the motor, if this is set way too low the motor will be hunting all the time.

i will just have to get a video of it sometime trying to use mach, i can't explain what its doing good enough, something is WRONG lol, no amount of tuning will help this issue, i tried for 3 and a  half days.. i tried 2048 for the count and it definetly did not work. Like i said the closest i got was setting the counts per to 250 and the velocity to 500, then it would jog extremely slowly (slower in one direcion than the other), but when you try to increase or decrease the jog speed it would start making the bad noises again and sometimes only move in one direction no matter which way you tell it to go..

I'm going to try shereline in mach and im thinking it will work after that, but i guess we'll just have to see.

Starting to sound like your drives for some reason are requiring the wide pulse of Sherline, will be good to find out one way or the other.
