does it possible to save all file config for mach3cnc.

Yes, just make a copy of the XML files loctated in you Mach3 directory and place them in a safe place of you choice.

Adding to that if you have any custom macros and anything set up in the tool table or offsets then you want to also save the macro folder for the profile you are using. Likewise if you are using any non standard Brains then save the Brains folder.

Just paste back into the location they were originally, for example the xml will go in C:\Mach3   folder, macros would go in the macro folder etc etc.
