XYZ axes have a mind of their own....More Info Added

Hi

Yesterday I was running G code that ran successfully for 6 hours. Today all three axes are moving 1/8 of a revolution every 20 seconds. The strange part is the movements of the axes are not being shown on the DRO`s in Mach3.
I had the machine on and off many times today testing. All day I had the problem. I`ve been using AutoLimitOverRide the past few days. At the end of the day for the hell of it I disabled AutoLimitOverRide. As if by magic the wandering axes problem disappeared. Someone mentioned that limit switch issues can affect machine function. Does disabling the AutoLimitOverRide help from a troubleshooting standpoint.

Noise is the likely culprit.
