Starting the programm in x0 y0
« on: November 09, 2009, 03:44:21 PM »
How is it possible that I have to start my NC code from the working aerea x0 y0 point otherwise it is starts on a wrong position? Even if I start the programm with a G90 it does the same.

Not sure what you are asking but you can set the offset zero to any position you like on your table by pressing the zero button at each axis DRO.

I have to move the tool to the 0,0 point and then start the programm. If i start on an other location it takes that location as the 0,0 point. This happened after choosing my 0,0 point. I was Very supprized it happened.

Sounds like your code may have had another offset in it.

I voted "one" because it looked lonely.  Is there a setting in Mach that could override the G90 and treat the gcode as if it were incremental?

Can I upload the code so that you can look at it?
