Author Topic: Unable to load program into mach 3 as designed. Scrambled results  (Read 9229 times)

I have made and saved a standard pocket program.  With the new version of mach I get scrambled results in loading. It was created in V-carve. I used mach arcs txt to save it from vectric and when I notepad it it is great, but looking at it in mach it quits after line 499 and scrambles lines after that.   Deleted mach, reloaded, reinstalled xml file all to no avail. samo samo thing.  \

Any help out there...???

Check your licence file is in the folder you have Mach installed.

I have run this file before, but I may have installed a new updated version of mach since then.   R3.042.029 is the version I'm running...

Check if your license file is in the Mach3 folder. That's the only reason it would only display 500 lines of code. Is there an error message?

Hi, Cuemaker

Post the G code file,

If it was a lic. issue you shouldn't see any scrambled lines, Just nothing displayed after 500 lines of code, I think.

It may be your initial setting's in Mach3 or a Mode change not being set to proper state by your CAM post such as I J's ABS/INC G90.1/G91.1 or ABS/INC G90/G91 after line 500.

Ok,   I went back and loaded my orig disk.  Then Upgraded to R3.042.029.   It now works fine.   I did notice that my license was missing from my mach file.  Don't know what happened to it.  That's why I reloaded and started again, of course after saving my xml file...

thanks for the help.... good to go...
