Making a single revolution in Mach3 Turn
« on: July 25, 2009, 03:06:06 PM »
I'm sure I'm missing something here, but searching on a number of terms on this forum hasn't located an answer......

Question: Is it possible to get Mach3 Turn to only revolve the spindle by a single revolution, or a fixed number of revolutions? My spindle is on a very slow turning lathe and is stepper driven.

If your spindle is stepper driven then you can set the spindle as the A Axis (rather than spindle) and you can then command a move of 1 turn or several turns or whatever.
