Does anyone have  X,Y and Z motor tuning information for Mach3 with a Xylotex 3-axis system, .20 pitch ball screw, 425 oz.in. 1/8 stepped motor ? Or something close to this?
Thanks.

I'm trying to find that out too Rick. If I get something, I'll let you know.

Really no one can tell you that info unless they have exactly the same machine as you with same size power supply etc and even then it may vary slightly from machine to machine especially if you are trying to get the max possible out of it.

Why not tune yourself? Put the steps in, pick a low velocity, work your way up until the steppers skip and back off by 30-40% on the velocity. Should get you in the ballpark.
Somebody else has a xylotex system in here as i remember some postings. Do a search and see what
you come up with.

Might I ask exactly what your machine is? Is it a router? If so, how big is it? If it's the same as mine, I can probably help you real easy without you having to figure out anything.
