Hi, when I load a .dxf into LazyCam It creates a big jig saw puzzle. Is there a solution to this problem?
I am using LazyCam Pro and TruboCad. Thanks in advance for any feed back receive.

Post your dxf file, It look's as though it has many broken line segments that need attention.

Looked at your dxf, It only contains what you see on LCam, Are there more Layers that didn't save to your dxf ?

Hi Chip, I can draw simple shapes in TurboCad. I save them as .dxf files, then create the G code for those files using LazyCam and run the G code on Mach3 with no problems.  More complex drawing produce the results described earlier at the LazyCam part of the process. All the parts are there, just rearranged when I load the .dxf file into LazyCam. I was able to recreate the original pattern by using the Move chain feature in LazyCam. I posted the original drawing as a .jpeg file by coping from TurboCad to PhotoShop and exporting as a .jpeg.  I am not sure where the problem is. If you have any ideas please let me know. Hi Chip, the method I use works ok for circles. It seems the problem accrues with arcs.

Hi Chip, I did some more testing and it is working now. I am not sure what I am doing different. The problem seems to be in TurboCad. Thanks for the help.

Not all dxf file formats are compatible with each other and with LazyCam,  Maybe you changed turbocad's save as type to an earlier dxf version such as acad 12 dxf type.

Hi, the problem appeared if I rotated the drawing within TurboCad.  If any rotation of the drawing is required I wait until the project is loaded into LazyCam then rotate the drawing and the problem is eliminated. Best Regards
