Max nc 10 and mach 3

I was thinking of purchasing a max nc 10 and looked over the forums for info on them and it looks like alot of people are having problems with them and Mach3. Anyone out there use a maxnc10 and mach 3 successfully?

if you are new to cnc dont get the maxnc stuff no support at all
