You are better off to go with the NCPOd from http://ncpod.oemtech.com/  This will make it so you can run from a USB port

Yes this is something that still work on my system. I didn't try Bryan's system ,but you can work for shure  with Transnet digital PC MCI to parallel card. Parallel port communication is something that is mather of the past but Brian's sugestion will work whit  new Mach realises.
