manually set machine zero
«

I'm having problems with the x axis limit switch on my cnc. The y and z work fine but the x is not working. Is there a way to manually set machine zero on an axis? I know how to do that for running a code but I like to have softlimits on and if the machine zero is off it will stop running a code when it gets to what it thinks is zero.
Any help?

Disable the home switch in Ports and Pins for that axis and when you home the axis will be set to zero at whichever position it currently is, so if you jogged near the end of travel it would set machine zero there.
