Hi everyone, I need some help with a 4-torch oxy-fuel machine that was retrofitted using Mach4.

The technician who installed the machine wired all 4 torches to the THC button. This allows us to adjust the torch height manually while the machine is cutting. The problem is that the THC activation time is very short, only about 5 seconds, before it turns off.

Does anyone know how to increase this timeout duration? I checked the Screen Editor but I can't find where to change this setting. Currently, the operator has to keep mashing the THC button to control the torch heights. Ideally, I would like it to stay active all the time or set the duration to about 300 seconds. Any advice is appreciated!
