Vista Pendant on Mach4

I have the Vista iMach P2-s Pendant. The directions say: go to config > plugins. I do that and the Pendant does not show up.  Any suggestion

Do you have VistaCNC number? I want to see if they can deliver to the UK, but they do not reply my emails.
