Machine does not respond when I hit "Go Home"

I believe this is a common issue but I have not found the answer to fix it.  When I press "Go Home" my machine does not move.  I can manually jog to home position just fine.

Hello
Have you looked at the history bar across the bottom of the screen. It likely will tell you why it wont go home. Have you homed the machine first?
