Using Mach3 in a Manual Mode

Maybe if missed it but can anyone tell me where to look to set the Mach3 in Manual Machining Mode? ???

Not sure what you mean by Manual Machining Mode.

If you mean MDI (Manual Data Input) then just click the MDI tab.
