Is it OK to bypass the regulator on the ModIO and supply 5 volts regulated to the terminals ( Labeled 5 volt and ground.)?

Hi Darek,
Yes you can supply the ModIO with aregulated 5Vd supply via the apropriate screw terminals. Just make sure you don't connect a supply via the barrel jack or the Vac screw terminals.

Thanks for the affirmation! I have been using one with a cutoff USB cable for power.
