Steppers high vibration problem

Hello,
I bought 3 Nema23 stepper motors and TB6560 3axis driver. After connecting them together by following the instructions from supplier, steppers are spinning roughly with high vibrations or not spinning at all (just vibrating). I set the parameters of Mach3 according to this user manual
http://www.omc-stepperonline.com/download/pdf/3_Axis_TB6560_CNC_Driver_Board_Users_Manual.pdf
Maybe it is worth to mention, that only Z axis is rotating (with high vibrations), X and Y axies are just vibrating.
I would appreciate any kind of help how to solve this problem. I'm attaching a video of the problem:

Thank you,
Marius

Hi tivoi,
I took a picture of wiring. I was following user munual for wiring.
Should I determine wiring by using a multimeter ?

Perhaps best just to check one motor - For those connections... Red & Blue should show continuity and Green & Black should show continuity.
