Please Help Me , How can i square up cuts using adjustments on motors

I bought a Lightning CNC machine motor and had the help me square up my table by adjusting the motors by turning off x and adjusting Y now i cant make the both run together again. PLEASE help

Check your config to see that both are enabled.
