I just wonder why the “Automated Setup of Inputs” in Mach3 does not recognize my Auto Zero Z axis Plate but I was able to setup all my limits with it.

When I set it up manually I choose Probe, Enable, Port 1, Pin 13, Active Low, and it works but if I choose the Automated Setup of inputs and I close the switch manually, Mach3 does not see that the switch is closed and therefore does not assign a pin number
