I retrofit a punch press last year
http://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,11844.msg75764.html#msg75764
. I programmed a macro for punching (M20) and put it manually to the end of each line of G0 commands created with drill cycles. I use Excel spreadsheet to edit and put M20 after each line. Just a matter of cut and paste. Takes less than a minute.

Hi Zafar,
Thanks for your tip!
I like the screen, is it your design? Could I use it for a fee?
I was thinking to use the plasma screen.

Luis,
Yes I designed the screens. Here's a snapshot of the screens. Do you need just the screens or the macros too. PM me or contact me direct at zafar@zafar.com.pk
