I followed all steps on this video (https://youtu.be/ehlgOhsmGAI), but when it try to run spindle from MACH3 it always run a high speed witch is I put on PD073, and I can decreasing it.

I used Mach3 V3.041 with a Smooth Stepper in PWM mode and the spindle override always started at a slightly higher speed than requested. Then, I pressed “Reset” under the Spindle Speed Tab and it worked. It brought the speed back to the correct requested speed. You can try this way.

Without more information on your hardware set-up and system configuration it's very hard to diagnose any problem!
