problemas con el XP y el mach

Hola, tengo problemas con el Windows XP y el mach tanto sea el 2 o el 3, se me caen los pulsos en la salida del puerto pararelo, cuando abro la ventana de diagnostics, veo como fluctuan, y eso impide que puede usarlo, la mquina es una AMD sempron, 3000, con 256 MB. yla verdad no se que es, porque tengo otra maquina mas viejita una pentium 3 1000, con 128 Mb y el mach anda al pelo, si alguien me puede ayudar estare agradecido. nos vemos, Schablone

Hola, yo creo que tengo el mismo problema, el pulse frecuency no para estable, oscila entre 800 y 110.000
en un portatil Compaq presario R3000 con AMD athlon(tm) XP Processor 3000+ y 1.60 Ghz, 512 MB
he hecho pruebas con otros portatiles con pentium y no hay problemas ¿ puede ser que con portatiles AMD
el Mach no funcione? ¿hay alguna manera de solucionarlo?

Hola.
El problema del "PULSE FREQUENCY" INESTABLE SE HA CORREGIDO leyendo en el área de descargas de esta web el archivo
optimizar XP.
Concretamente al aplicar su punto número 9 en el que explica como cambiar del modo de trabajo del procesador de ACPI a PC standar.
El ordenador portatil debe trabajar en modo PC standar y no en ACPI.
En MI PC - propiedades- administrador de dispositivos-hardware- equipo-(monoprocesador...)boton derecho y actualizar controladores
ejecutar la orden de actualizar
seleccionar para elegir el controlador de una lista y seleccionar STANDAR PC.
El ordenador se reiniciará en modo PC STANDAR y en mi caso el frequency pulse ya aparece estable.
Ojalá este sea vuestro caso y se solucione.
