TP,
Looks good. Why not just have the three drill cylces like the mill one has?
Can you add Dwell under safe Z.?
With real small drills ( #80 to #90) I feed the drill  just a few thou at a very slow feedrate and then let it  "dwell"  on the surface for a time period, maybe as long as 5 or 10 seconds. Once the drill has cut into the material , similar to spot drilling it, your ready to do a drill cycle. Example, Z=.003,Q=.003,R=0,F=.02 but the drill dwells at the surface for a time period "before" the Z move. Normaly I do this using my MPG and watching the drill under a microscope and then use a peck drilling cycle.

Rich THAT is the reason I asked about doing it in Mill mode rather than Turn. In Mill mode you have the full DEPENDABLE  USE of ALL the drill cycles NO so much in turn. (;-)

Piece of cake in MIll mode.

RIch here is the new screen . IF is is usefully I can recode the buttons to work correctly. IF I can figure out the TURN canned drill cycles (;-) (they do not work here for me)

I can tell you for sure IF you are not spot drilling the small holes your machine may eat the bits in auto mode AS there is no provision for a top spotting dwell (;-) and your tiny bits will either brake or start off center.

Been there as well, (;-) TP
