DRO doesn't move... help me!(PoKeys 56U)

I cannot obtain any movement of axis DRO when I rotate the MPG encoder, I make every step corectly, everything work fine, but I don't move axis dro.
I instaled last firmware, I make electrical connection like is in Polabs documentation, I set up every inputs in POKEYS ( it is in first picture),  I configured plugin and every settings in according with Polabs documentation, I checked everything in PoKeys0 data diagonstic v.7.5 and seems to be ok, when I rotate MPG pins 1 and 2 blinking and moving, the other functions works perfectly.
In pokeys diagnostic menu MPG 1, DRO is changing when I rotate the manual encoder( picture 2 and 3 ) but the axis doesn't move.What can I do to make it works ?
It's any restrictions in Mach 3 Demo ?

I use Mach 3 Version R3.043.022 and an Asus laptop for tests.
