I have used Mach 1 for years, now I finally am getting around to upgrading to Mach 3.  The install went well, thedriver test went well, but the dro does not change when I press the arrow keys, nor when a loaded program runs, What could be the problem?

Sounds like you do not have the motors enabled in Ports and Pins.
