Trouble on Z axis value

Hello all;

I meet a trouble on my Mach 3 driven mini router.
When I key in 10mm on Z- for example, the machine only moves 5mm Z-.
Z axis always moves half of programmed value, either in part program or IMD command.
I never met such problem until now; I guess it is a MACH trouble and not machine.
Has anybody met this problem yet ?
Maybe someone should help me ?
