Seems really odd that it apparently worked for some users.

Did we get a number of reports that it worked fine?

Greg,

As far as I can see by the "New Plug-in just about done" thread, only Ray L. has confirmed it worked. "Sharbold" (Sam) said his worked but it was not connected to a machine so that may make a difference, not sure.

I know "Lemo" was the one who was looking for this to begin with and we have yet to hear from him to see if his is working so hopefully he'll chime in eventually. I personally was just looking for more macros and this is just fantastic to have-

OK guys, Ive got a problem that I'm trying to work out. Mach3 loaded and working properly. Loaded the shuttle pro plug in and restarted mach3. Now motors wo't turn. They are making sounds, but no movement. The LEDs for position are changing, but no movement. I configured the shuttle pro plug in for a couple buttens to select axis, and they do select the axis. The wheel will cause the leds to change, but the motors won't move. Turn off the plug in and restart Mach3 and the same thing happens if I try to jog, leds change, but motors don't move, only grind. Removed the shuttle .dll, restarted mach and it works ok (of course, no shuttle pro).

Downloaded the most recent version of mach3 and the shuttle plug in (from this thread), tried with the plug in that downloaded with Mach3, and a couple of the versions here. All had the same result.

This is a licensed version of Mach3, been running it on this machine for over a year with no problems.

Any ideas would help.

Found the problem, look at my thread in general discusion section.

The xml file had a 0 for the shuttle plug in even though the config drop down showed that it was checked. Changed it to a 1 in the xml file and now it works

Interesting, wonder what happened in that situation, but thanks for sharing as it may help others down the road-  Smiley
