Post Processor Install
«
on:
March 26, 2006, 01:11:00 AM »
I have a basic question.
I am trying to install the post processor file for OneCNE lathe for use with Mach3.
I have found the file, but I don't know where to put it.
Help please.

I thought I would reply to myself. It is really a OneCNC issue.
The file should go in the OneCNC setup directory, along with the standard profiles that are already in that directory.

I am was using the post processor for the Lathe XR only. I just got a mill, but have not tried it yet with OneCNC.
I will link to a couple of forum's where I found the post processor from another user who wrote it ("PoppaBear").
The first is the files section of the Yahoo Mach1Mach2cnc group.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mach1mach2cnc/files/%20Posts%20%28CAM%20Postprocessors%29/
The second link is to CNCzone.com -- it has many forums. This link is to the "Machine Controllers Software and Solutions > Mach Software (ArtSoft software) > Screen Layouts, Post Processors & Misc" forum.

Hope that helps.
