Upgrade - now dead!

I don't understand.  All I did was upgrade to the latest and greatest, and now the little bugger sits motionless.  As I started to explain on a post I found regarding the topic, I got an error "No Driver sensed installed."  "Run Driver test."  That sounds good to me, so I opened up the folder where everything is saved, and try and run the driver test.  The same error message is displayed.  So, I try and install the new 1.90 software in its own folder...great new screen layout!  Same error when installing.  Only this time it won't allow me to even run the Driver Test.  Click the button and nothing...

Please help,  It 'twas working hours ago, but not anymore.

Regards,

uninstall the software and uninstall the driver manualy. there is a section in the manual that will tell you how to do this step by step. If you still can't get it we will dig a little deeper.

If I do so, will I loose my license key?  Not exactly sure where I put the key...or even where it is stored on the machine.  I will give it a try, and If no dice, will have to ask Art to reissue it.
