Hi folks,
          I am currently building a small mill for model making. Was wondering what sort of resolution is required. I have motors and drivers that Half-step, and ball screws with a 20mm pitch (hey they were free). This gives me a minimum step of 0.05 mm, so I am going to gear it down. Obviously there is a trade-off between speed and resolution. Any thoughts would be gratefully accepted as I am quite new to this stuff.
