Move when it can
« on: August 26, 2013, 08:21:55 AM »
Hi, how are you?

I have XY movements that must move one position and wait to a digital input high level. When this digital input comes it can move to the next position and wait for the input anew.  I tried to compile a macro in vbasic, it works, but it slows a lot my movements (VB uses much resources?)  So, i read about "Oem trigger" and "Brains", but im not sure what to do...

Can any help me?
Thanks a lot!

Maybe just watching the intro and advanced tutorial videos on brains may help you decide if they are suitable for your particular application http://www.machsupport.com/videos/
