Will Mach3 work with a "Klinger MD4" driver? And is the "Klinger MD4" both a driver and power supply?

Do you have a link to it, I have just done a quick google and come up with a few hits but the info is very sparse. I can't seem to find a website for Klinger.

The Klinger MD4 is a driver - the max power available for each axis is only 200mA which rather limits it's usefulness for CNC applications.
