I have LC Pro and MACH3. i am planning to design plasma cutting machine using mach3. i have seen lot of videos of plasma cutting in that when cutting is started z is coming down and then goes up. after that it set at some specific position and starts plasma torch. and then do cutting. i have made a sample file in autocad saved it as dxf and opened it into lc pro as plasma. From there i have generated gcode for that file which is i am attaching. in G-code i found G28.1 (Probe for Stock) what does it mean. and what will happen when this is going to execute? is it necessary to have THC externally. What are the setting has to be done in Mach config for plasma.
