i have a plazma machine that has been running good but it started acting wierd . i am using sheet cam with the mach 3 and when the torch touches the metal and sets the home switch on the floating head it is kicking out the run and stopping all the geco motor drives. sometimes it will go ahead and work and cut beautiful but it is a 50 50 chance if it will work or not.  i have used this table for 6 months without any big problems until now. any help would be appreciated!

Hi, Dnorton77

It may be a bouncy switch or noise, Whats your De-Bounce setting in Config, General Configuration Screen, Top right.

Try increasing it to 1000 - 2000, See if that helps.

Check your wiring, Made any changes recently.

The "but it is a 50 50 chance", Get a Double Headed Quarter, That will improve your Odds ?

Hope this Helps, Chip
