 If you have homing switches that are not at the extremes of your axis travel then you will need to asign them as Home switches on another pin. However if your home switches are to be at the extreme of the axis travel then you can just use your limit switches as home switches by setting them up to the same pin as your limits are set to, see pic as an example.

Thanks alot everyone for all the information I really do appreciate it I have been sick but as soon as I feel up to it I will be resetting up the limits.
