e stop mind of its own
« on: December 12, 2007, 12:49:44 PM »
hi, just tried to set up my limit switch just on the y axis to make sure i get it right, i used the auto setup for inputs and it worked a treat, problem now is my e stop just comes on when it wants to . ive looked at the diagnostics page and no little yellow lights appear when my e stop lights up to say a limit switch has been triggered, the limit swiches are brand new ive tried a number of them and it still happens. anyone got any ideas what im doing wrong ????

many thanks

drut ???

Try setting the debounce level to 2000, if it then works ok start reducing it to see where you start getting the errors again. You will find the debounce setting from the Config tab then General Config and it is at the top right of that page.
