XHC MKX IV-II 4 axis board
« on: January 08, 2026, 11:37:41 AM »
Hi guys i need help before i reach for the 2lb hammer

Ive built a machine from scratch and fitted the XHC 4 axis board and running the old faitful Mack3 still

Sadly cant afford the Mach4 just yet

Ok so i get the dreaded Find No XHC NcUsbPod! error up

Ive hunted for three days for a suitable file and so far all i can find is dead end links or Pluggins that dont work.

looks to me like China stopping the Mach3 stuff and removing all the old files forcing us all onto Mach4

Can anyone please send me a copy of the Pluggin ive two that actuall dont crash the Mach3 software however niether allow the board to be found

Ive got the slow flashing light and ended up shorting the Estop out to give me a high constant signal as im lead to believe this can stop it working  also removed the probe which is a potentional

sadly never got a CD with any driver files on it so blind before i even start

also got the WHB04-6 MPG which is faultless and trips the Mach3 perfectly just cant see the card through the USB port

Installed Mach3 5 times now and about to give up

Its doing my tree in

can anyone help please?

Thanks and a happy new year to you all

Love reading the comments

cheers

Just for ref the two files i have that dont crash the Mach3 are

NcUsbPod.dll (420k)
and
NcUsbPod.dll (728k)

also put in the three macro files into the macro folder
