Overloaded, I built my own power supply from a micro wave transformer. It was real easy.
Tear out the secondary windings (a little care not to hit the primarys). Keep the paper / insulation
out of the secondarys. I used #10 stranded. I wrapped 4 turns, measured the voltage. Calculated
the number of turns to get the voltage that I wanted. Wound the wire, and secured the secondary
windings with hot glue. Everything has worked great! I may have $15 in the power supply. Some say
that this type of transformer will get hot when running continously, but I'm running a 3 axis mill (2 motors
1220 oz, and one 600) and have had no trouble at all.
