E Stop configuration
« on: November 25, 2024, 03:40:01 PM »
Hi,

I have recently transitioned from Mach3 to Mach4 and I am up and running and impressed so far. One issue that I have is that I cannot find how I configure my E Stop to work. I run a UC100 motion controller and the E Stop is on Pin 15.

In Mach 3 there was a simple config set up: Port 1, Pin 15, E Stop but I cannot find a way of doing this in Mach 4.

I'm probably being stupid and apologise in advance, but if anyone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

Thanks in advance

Having never used this motion controller, I don't know how the plugin works.
The HiCON and the ESS (If I remember correctly ESS) has the estop in the Inputs.  It has it's own input to map to.

You may not have gone down the inputs list far enough.
