Hey all,

Being new to the world of "Mach" I have been trying (without success) to find comparitive info on the pros and cons of the different versions.

Can anyone please elaborate on the differences and which might be more appropriate for a "homemade" 60"x60" CNC router for cutting urethane foam.

Use Mach3. I have not used Mach2 in a very long time! Mach3 has many more addon's and such. I think the motion is a little better too Mach4 is going to be out in the next year and you could upgrade for free oncve it is out.
