Spindle rotation direction

Are there any settings in Mach3 to change the direction of spindle rotation? Only the left ones work for me

Can you be a little more specific? Left ones ?  M3 turn spindle on CW,M4 Turn spindle on CCW.
Also what kind of spindle?
