I am facing a Mach4 Hobby license creation problem. I have received the link to download my Mach4 license file, but as soon as I open the link, I get the following error: "Download limit has been exceeded". I have tried to open the link with different browsers, and with different networks yet I do not get a solution. Has anyone ever faced this problem before and what are the recommendations for what I could do to help solve the problem?

Yup same thing here, granted the Link is old but no way have I exceeded license limit!

I logged a ticket, and this was the response I got from the tech team. Will try the reset option and see.

Hello,

A license can only be downloaded twice before the link stops working. The link will also only work in a 24-hour period.

Please check your downloads folder for the license file.

If not, you will need to sign into your machsupport account and click on manage my licenses. From there, you will see the option to resend the license file.
