I logged a ticket, and this was the response I got from the tech team. Will try the reset option and see.

A license can only be downloaded twice before the link stops working. The link will also only work in a 24-hour period.
Please check your downloads folder for the license file.
If not, you will need to sign into your machsupport account and click on manage my licenses. From there, you will see the option to resend the license file.
