Thank you for your info and ideas.
Looks like I have find a problem.
I see in machine coordinates 4mm after homing, I think that because I do back-off after homing exact 4mm.
I am NOOB in the CNC.
Have put Home offset in the "Homing/SoftLimits" settings and now looks better.
