Hey guys,

I´m a CNC newbie from Germany and just purchased a used 6040 for cheap. It comes with the red usb bob, (the bitzone.com-one). So far everything seems to work, until I decided to wire in a mpg today.
I´ve found this helpfull youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPc9kn1Z4uk&t=14s and followed it step by step. My MPG works for moving the axis (although somewhat jerky at times...), I´ve got the axis selection figured out, but here are my two problems:

1. X1/10/100 selection only works on x10/100. X1 does nothing.
2. In MPG mode Mach3 ignores softlimits completly, letting me crash the axises easily (do not have limit switches yet...)

Settings are as seen in the video, with the difference of me not having the outputs set (cant see them on his screen...) and my Hotkeys being set to:
T1: OEM 185
T2: OEM 186
T3: OEM 187
T4: OEM 188
T5: OEM 192
T6: OEM 193

Trigger 5 is set to Port 3 and Pin 9 and enabled,
Trigger 6 is set to Port 3 and Pin 10 and also enabled.
