only test on my laptop ,seem no any problem
ill test on machine later
***the segment are not so extreme short
     as i see its about 0.3-0.5 mm its quit normal we use this length a lot without any problem

i decided the problem is the PC where the Mach4 is running. Uninstall, reinstall, still not working. Have no idea where the problem is.

I took another PC today and the problem is solved !  I'am really happy.
